Izanagi sighed, walking slowly through the city. This newest mission was so…… Childish. It didn’t use his abilities to their fullest, either. He was be wasted here, when he was on the level of Genin. He was just…. Behind on his Academy years, that’s all. He fully blamed his father and his need to train him to be the strongest possible. The consequence to that had now fully formed; there were a total of 4 civilian dogs romping about the forest, probably shitting and eating everything. Izanagi had to catch each of them and take them to the old man’s home, each leashed.
Kicking a rock, he looked around with apathetic, half-closed eyes, before straightening. He brought his hands up and formed a few fast signs, before a Mud Clone rose from the ground, quickly looking like a second Izanagi. (We’ll call him Izana-clone-one.)
”Let’s just get this over with,” Izana-clone-one said. Izanagi rolled his eyes at the clone, before motioning with his hands to hit the trees. Both of them leaped up, before taking off in separate directions. It wasn’t long before Izanagi found the first pupper; a small little fluffy thing, not much of a threat.
He dropped down to the ground, immediately pulling a treat from the small brown pouch strapped to his leg; it had been given from the old man, to aid in his mission. The dog immediately turned and ran to Izanagi, barking a single time before leaping. The dog’s mouth closed around his fingers in its haste to get the treat, pulling a small, surprised yelp from the boy.
Izanagi had to visibly keep himself from lashing out, instead letting the dog gnaw on his fingers as he pulled a leash from over his shoulder and putting it around the dog’s neck. He pulled the dog off before getting to his feet, using both of his now-free hands to call up another clone, Izana-clone-two. The clone immediately took the leash and started off to deliver the dog.
It was at that moment that Izanagi felt the memories of a destroyed clone rush back to him in a slightly nauseating feeling. The clone itself had caught two of the dogs in it's enhanced mudiness, holding the two relatively still. He went in their direction within a few seconds, two leashes already in his hands. When he got there, he leashed them and allowed the mud clone to reform, handing the leashes to it and ordering it to deliver the dogs.
Casting another, Izanagi went in one direction while the clone went in the other. It was only seconds before his movement was interrupted by a dog jumping off of a tree and colliding with his face; luckily, it was small, so Izanagi didn't fall. He held the dog by the scruff of its neck while he grabbed a leash, easily looping it around the creature's neck and walking off to the old guy's house as his other clone joined him, carrying an even smaller dog in its clutches.
