I'm hoping to reactivate too. Not sure if I need to do an OCR though. I was also thinking of rewriting/rebooting my character, but wasn't sure if that comes before or after reactivation.

Well, if you're planning to reboot from scratch you just need to fill out an OCR form that has your new stats at starting stat level. If you're wanting to rewrite but keep what you had I'll send you your stuff and again, you do the OCR form. I'll send what you had either way
