Under a Blanket of Chaos, We Forever Shine a Light to Freedom
So What Just Happened:
The role of Kazekage cannot be decided so quickly, and a Steward has been presented forth from the Chikamatsu Clan to rule over Sunagakure while the Council "decides" on the next Kazekage. However within moments of stepping up to "assist" Suna, the new Steward - Chikamastu Wei - has decreed that the village will bow to a new lord in the budding Wind Country's oil empire. Our shinobi armies are now at their whims, and first order of business is to remove the Nomadic people of Suna's deserts from their homes and the oil well foundations they live off of. This has all been decided suspiciously fast-tracked after Shin's kidnapping. A bad guy leads Sungakure and we seek to find a way to politically unseat Wei - being that doing it by force would harm too many of our own.
Starting today, any threads made with an [Event: Shadow Steward] tag in their thread title can do their own take of the story posted above and decide what they want to do during this time. Do they go about business as usual and fight against the Nomads/go into hiding? Do they find information gathering work for the Sandworm Coalition? Do they strike out on their own and join hands with outside forces to find a way to wrest control from the Shadow Steward within? Are the proponents in acting against the good of Suna? The choice is up to you!
This event is now open to anyone willing to participate, but it must be done within the confines of Wind's Outer Village/Inner Village Zones.
At the end of June or July, Suna Council will gather the threads with the [Event: Shadow Steward] tags and sort through them to craft your exploits into the next exciting arc of the Chaos Era!
