Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Jiro was a bit surprised by Souji's sudden decision to cut the class short. His words seemed a bit harsh, but Jiro could understand his feeling at the time. Shin had been no help once so ever, and Junko really hadn't seemed to have been herself. Jiro felt silly just kinda of carrying the class along like he did and in a felt totally embarrassed for nearly breaking down over a dead body. All in all this class had left a sour taste in his mouth, but two things would seem to lighten his mood. Souji had indeed passed him based on his effort which he felt was just, and Junko seemed to have reverted back to her slightly more primal self. His torso would still need a little bit of medical attention when got out, but he was sure he'd be up and ready for missions in no time. Still Jiro couldn't just allow his friend to wallow in sadness just because of her failure. Yes, she had let him down, but He knew that friends let friends down from time to time. All they could do is let the moment pass and celebrate their moderately good health. ""Junko Don't beat yourself up about this...Failure is a very important part of growth." Jior knew these words all to well. They were his fathers and he heard them more times then he would like to admit. "The important thing is that you learn from your mistake and move on...don't dwell on that past, because it's exactly that, the Past..." Jiro would add his own little piece of wisdom to his fathers saying and hope they would lift Junko's spirits. "And your going to eat tonight reguardless of wether you want to or not, you've always got to be at your maximum....ready for any challenge!" He would speak in irony as he himself was rather worn down and could go for a nice warm meal. Jiro would place the left arm on Junko's shoulder and give her reassuring smile. "Now...How about we go catch some wild hare and start us a little meal?" He could hope his words would lift her spirits and let her know that he had forgiven her and that she should forgive herself.

Junko continued to look down at her stone knife. She saw slight traces of blood on the edges still from Jiro. She wondered why she felt compelled to feel pain at times. What was it about the feeling of pain that taught her about things. Be it emotional or physical, pain was her best teacher. It taught her how to survive, taught her how to be strong, even taught her that not everything can be done as one hoped. Take for instant right now, Souji's words inflicted emotional pain, that pain taught her that she can't make souji proud because she was weak minded. Too stupid, to primal. Souji looked for intelligent people, not beasts to raise. She let the stone knife drop down with her hand as she sat there in the dark until Jiro spoke to her. She knew failure was part of growth, after all, usually with failure came pain. It wasn't going to stop her from 'beating herself up over it.' After all, Souji did so much for her, the least she could do is pay his kindness back with making him proud to call her family. That was a flop indeed...

She looked up at Jiro with her pale blue eyes and emotionless expression on her face as he spoke about dwelling on the past before speaking in a hushed voice "Junko... Only have past... to learn from."<i></i> She spoke honestly considering that everything that she was now was because of past events. Her lack of emotion, her beast like nature, and her failed attempt as mimicry was all because of the past. She looked down at the floor with his next words about eating tonight "Junko... Will eat when Junko... is able to..."<i></i> Feeding was part of who she was, she'd devour anything made of meat, animal or man, it didn't matter. She'd feed when the hunger built. Its just that when eating with her guardian and his clan, it always seemed to taste better, to be better for her. She loved being with Souji's family and she thought that taking away what she loved would teach her the lesson she was supposed to learn. She didn't know it -wouldn't- but she was a few cards short of a full deck anyway...well more then a few cards.

She looked back up as he touched her on the shoulder and smiled down at her, she nodded slowly and stood up on all fours as she would head towards the doors "Hunting... Is Junko's only... talent..."<i></i> She would follow Jiro as he left like the little beast she was. It was time to hunt, to forget who or what happened. To feed on flesh, and then after she was filled, sleep away from the Yukata house, most likely in a tree... maybe on a rooftop, who knows. She could sleep anywhere, even in sewers in need be. She just made sure that she wasn't going to go back to the Yukata Clan's house anytime soon, she wouldn't be able to face her guardian after this for a while...

[Forgot to add this to clarify: Leaving thread with Jiro unless stopped by something or someone.]
