Sousuke awaited his report from Tama about the mutant sand shark he had given the youth to study. The Steward eagerly awaited the results mainly because ... well when you come quite close to being fish food one does not generally encounter cataclysmic mind wrecking imagery being drilled through one's mind. Sousuke was not one for drinking, but to control his shaking and upset nature of what he saw, as it was probably meant for those of sound mental health, he took to the drink. This would not end like it did the first time he drank quite heavily, which was with him being knocked out. The difference between then and now was that Sousuke was drinking steadily, and wasn't rushed.
Still though, there were four empty shot glasses infront of the Steward. His mind was slightly dislodged for now he was thinking now in the present instead of being driven slightly mad by the disturbing images he saw. For the most part Sousuke was in control. His mind was more at ease and the images that haunted him were absent thanks to a slight buzz he felt. A tingling it was. Sousuke signaled the barkeep for an additional shot to come his way, and in return Sousuke laid the yen out. The barkeep shook his hand and said that it was on the house. It was not often that you had the Steward at your bar, because Sousuke's drinking history was non-existent. He had kept a low profile being that he spoke to not a single individual. Sousuke toyed with the shot glass slightly. Shifting it from left to right not spilling the drink. A moment later he downed the shot and added the glass to his count of five now.
The tingling feeling was still there. That was an improvement over his shaking. Most definitely.
