It would be no surprise as those that knew of the Devil's Advocates would start getting excited and messaging their friends to come over to the show.

Chani is way more lively than Pyra, so she could in reality be both a guitarist and a singer. To top it off, since they were short on people, and had to have one of the better drum playing pirates on drums. Once Chani started to sing, she seemed to draw in even more people than ever before. Kureji provided as the lead guitarist and male singer when his lines came up.
In the end, many people were cheering for the Devil's Advocates and chanting Chani's name, unbeknownst to any of them that Chani is an undead girl.
