Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Volume was something that the shattered mednin hadn’t considered. IV’s were inserted within moments of the nurse’s arrival and bags of saline were held aloft as they were transported to Omni Prime. They made record time in their journey, tailed by the distraught Yume as her coworker barred her from touching either patient. They couldn’t risk a fiasco or possible conflict of interest prior to an investigation. She had abandoned her post and fraternized with… Was it still treason if you were defending both your family and village from the other? Only an ANBU would be able to tell them.

Naganisa was taken into one alcove for triage. Clothes stripped and vitals taken, nothing was out of the ordinary. One of the mednin that had been charged with the serpent brought his findings to Tsukiko in confusion. There was no reason why this woman wasn’t responding. Her condition was thought to be psychosomatic at the scene. Admit her and have the Yamanaka take a look inside her head. Taking up a pen she jots down EWS* and orders her admittance into the Asylum.

Her attention had been with the wolf-man in an attempt to keep Yume from intervening. Out of the corner of her eye she could see the girl clinging to her fox, helpless and sad. Clothing was being cut off and stats were being yelled out and recorded. One nurse reached for a tome that was attached to his belt, prompting the turquoise-locked woman to rush forward only to be stopped by the team. No. Don’t take that from him. Her protests were dismissed as the ramblings of a troubled woman as the nurse detached the volume. Lines appeared in his flesh and began to split as if he had been wrapped in barbed wire. Without the time to scream, a mass of eviscerated tissue hit the floor and the tome materialized at Urufuu’s side again. Told you not to touch it. Tsukiko’s look of horror met childlike eyes as Yume was taken by the shoulders and guided away for interrogation. Shaking off the sensation of her skin crawling, she wheeled the man toward the O.R. If the book wants to stay, leave it. Letting it into the sterile shield only increases his chance of sepsis and I don’t care if he dies.

Kuro in his main body and three of his bunshin had without fail delivered Tsukiko and Yume to the hospital as escorts and guards. It had been quick and uneventful until they arrived and Tsukiko promptly had Naganisa hooked to IV's and moved to the asylum but Kuro had learned to be patient and endure as he had been raised by women and trained by some of the toughest swordswomen in existence. He also knew when to stand up to them but now was not the time the Kazekage had given an order and the Toraono Clan were as loyal as they came. He noticed Yume curl up into a ball and felt a spark of sorrow for her despite her actions in battle, one must always care for their family even if they are in league with murderous revenge seeking warriors that happened to kill innocents and criminals alike just for being part of a village. He didn't have to agree with their tactics to understand what they did they actually believed was the right thing Saiga's righteousness had spoken that in volumes. They believed Suna to be the source of all evil in Wind Country and they had the backing of someone or a group big enough to finance their attack. Now Kuro had the opportunity to turn their efforts against them if he could awaken Naganisa and help her find herself he could have the ultimate ally against those whom had tried to destroy his people. Urufuu, he would have to duel at another time, preferably when he was fully healed. As the thought crossed Kuro's mind an attendant tried too remove a sacred treasure in the form of a book from his person causing the attendant to suffer hideous wounds from the seal upon the book. Tsukiko took on a look of horror as they had Urufuu wheeled away. With a look of concern Sanryoukyougan Kuro drew his sacred blade charging it with his chakra he then stood over the poor torn body of a medic and began the healing process using a combination jutsu of

Angelic Blessing :
A powerful, reliable healing technique that heals even the most lethal of wounds almost instantaneously. This technique, rather than simply having the users hands glow, actually causes the target themselves to glow brightly in an aura of restorative chakra.

Information
Prerequisites: - A-rank, Medic Rank, 5 Mastered Medical Jutsu including Coagulation and Skeletal Fortification.

Rank 2: Heals 8% Max Hp + 2200 Hp. Upon initiation this also is treated as Rank 2 Coagulation and Skeletal Fortification; these do not count towards their round limits.

Special Action: By paying .5 Ap and the maintain cost, the user may maintain this technique. This heals 25% of the original Hp amount. This may be done up to three times per Jutsu use, and does not count as 'recasting' the Jutsu. x 3

Rank 2 Cost: 2030 Cp. 680 Cp per Special Action.

Notes:
- Uses Melee Accuracy
- A target may only be effected by this once per round.
- This Jutsu has a chance of rolling a Critical hit. In which case, Coagulation and Skeletal Fortification effects are treated as mastered as well as applying Rank 1 System Fortification effects.
- This Jutsu may be used with Negative Energy. This deals un-reduce-able damage instead of healing.
- This effects of this Jutsu are treated one rank lower if the user performs this on themselves.

Pristine Aura:
An advanced medical technique that creates a large dome of restorative light. Targets of this technique are protected from many kinds of techniques, though physical and non elemental attacks prove unaffected. Nevertheless, those protected by this radiant light also benefit from having their life force steadily restored.

Information
Prerequisites: - A-rank, Medic Rank, 5 Mastered Medical Jutsu

Rank 2: Up to three targets are protected by a barrier with 4400 Hp. Each round active, those protected by the barrier regain 5% Max Hp.

Special Action: This Jutsu may be reflexively performed upon anyone who's Hp is lower than 40%. This may only be done once per target.

Rank 2 Cost: 2750 Cp, 1380 Cp/Rnd

Notes:
- Lasts up to three rounds.
- Once used, this jutsu cannot be used again until a full round after this Jutsu's dispersal.
- Protects against Elemental attacks and Genjutsu.
- Barrier Hp may be increased with Medical Buffs.
- Each target is protected by a separate barrier; attacking one target does not lower the Hp of another's barrier.
- Those protected cannot initiate an elemental attack, Genjutsu, or use Melee Accuracy upon someone outside the barrier. Doing so removes the barrier's protective effects upon them.

Since the loss of his full Onymyouji powers during the Cabal's last ditch effort this form of Kuro was only able to truly heal others when wielding one of the sacred blades of the Toraono Clan known as Sakibou no Hyakujuuonouu. With this blade he was empowered to heal far better than he could on his own. Using the special affect of his primary jutsu 3 times in concert with pristine aura, all but the most terrible of his wounds were healed instantly as the worst of them took a bit more time. Calmly he continued the process until the attendant was more than a mass of eviscerated flesh, at least his memory of his actions would be long past him. With a nod of sincerity he waited for the other medics to assist him and help the poor man get passed his episode. "You should have listened to Yume-san, hopefully now despite what she has gone through you will allow her to assist you all in your medical efforts."

Naganisa
  • Bleeding has ceased
  • Appears that most of her injuries are healed
  • She is probably conscious but she is not moving or responding
|
jogz4Am.jpg

Urufuu
  • Badly beaten, mostly internal injuries that cannot be readily visualized. He is breathing better now that his lungs have been cleared of blood but if blood is in the lungs that means that there is a hole in his lungs. It will fill back up soon if he is not healed and then cleared out!
  • Residual effects from poison, but the poison has been removed
  • Blood loss has diminished
  • Has a slow heart-beat.
  • Needles are sticking out of his neck.
[/col]

In life we create a facade supported by our gestures, expressions, actions, words and even choice of clothes. We are to the world what we allow them to perceive, even our weakness and infirmity, nothing more than the side of us we wish the world to know. But on that cold metal gurney, in the absence of covering cloth, a brave face and power over word and limb we are to the world what we are most naturally. Our disease, debility, insecurities and short-comings that we hold most clandestine all exposed. As Naganisa was stripped, a maze of old scars could be readily visualized, she did not have an easy life. Some seemed to even be reminiscent of torture, others aged battle wounds. Through this indignity Naganisa remained unmoving with a neutral expression and lip-line, her eyes reactive to the little lights that danced before them if one was used but Naganisa did not consciously respond to the world around her.

Her condition was thought to be psychosomatic at the scene. Admit her and have the Yamanaka take a look inside her head.

As saline dripped into her veins, it re-hydrated her to a level. It would take several liters to account for her losses but besides volume depletion there was little to fear for Naganisa's physical well-being. Her psyche, on the other hand, had been shattered by the terrible events that had already passed. A betrayal had fractured her mind and her confidence in the world, she was only 'dying' of a broken heart. It was hard to believe that such a cruel woman could be so delicate; she relished in the pain of others and seemed to be more than capable of holding her own in an interrogation. Her lips slightly upturned as she was prepared for the asylum.

Urufuu was badly beaten, time only demonstrated his damages more profoundly as hematomas formed in his mid-section, specifically his flanks. Defensive wounds could be seen on his arms, but deeper gashes could be noted where blades dug into him readily. By all rights this man should have been dead. Life had not been kind to him, recent burn marks mingled with recent lacerations and old wounds long-ago healed where purple scars had turned silver. He was a powerful man in his height, some would argue that his pinnacle of power was perhaps now but that would be hard to ascertain. He was far from a young man, but he was not quite yet old. The battlefield was often relegated to the young and the stupid, where youth was often mistaken for power. Despite the needles in his neck and his dangerously low heart-rate, leaving his body struggling for life he was at peace relatively. They... she survived the fray, her fate might only be delayed as the war was far from complete.

No. Don’t take that from him.

Searing pain felt in the pit of his body could only describe the sensation he felt next. He knew what the the ill-advised nurse tried to do immediately. Blood dripped from his torso at the site of this new wound, the medical staff was doing a better job trying to kill him than save him thus far.

Told you not to touch it.

If the book wants to stay, leave it. Letting it into the sterile shield only increases his chance of sepsis and I don’t care if he dies.

He listened but could not see. He knew but he could not act. Time and circumstance would allow him opportunity.

Glancing over her shoulder as they wheeled Urufu away, Tsukiko saw the sennin sitting with the nurse that had been reduced to chunks, now in full form and looking slightly disoriented. Her stomach tightened and she found herself passing the gurney off to the team of nurses, ordering them to get him prepped; she would join them after getting scrubbed up. Turning on her heel, she walks back to where Kuro was with swift steps, fists balled in her coat pockets. Her tongue felt heavy and swollen as she did her best to swallow the words she wanted to scream. It had been him. It must have been him that had worked the miracle when the old hospital collapsed; if not only him, that he and a group of equally strong shinobi. Getting close, she keeps her face as neutral as possible, though her voice was almost too controlled, carrying a suppressed bite to it.

When this is over, Senni-chama, you and I are going to have a chat.

She didn’t wait for a reply; it wasn’t a request and she had a surgery to get to.

Getting to the OR, she gets changed and scrubbed up as quickly as she can, wrapping all of her hair up to keep it from contaminating anything. The typical weight of not letting her patient die had been doubled, accounting for the fact that she was entrusted with the care of her colleague’s family. Mask sealed around her face and gloves donned, she enters into the theater. The book had been left with her patient but it had been gingerly slid onto a stool that kept it out of reach. The mednin that had moved it was nursing superficial wounds and small blisters on their hands. She had taken up the post of recording and observing the surgery rather than participating. A bag of blood had been added to the IV to restore what had been lost, but it wouldn’t do any good if it just poured into his abdomen.

Okay, you will drain his lungs and focus on keeping him from aspirating. You two will drain all internal bleeding. We need to find the damages or he’s just wasting the fluids.

Adding liquid sedatives to mix with the saline drip, Tsukiko would slowly remove the needles that had been bored into his neck. The volume would hopefully be enough to stabilize his heartbeat so that it wouldn’t spike too rapidly when his autonomic functions were returned to him. Everyone had their tasks. Machines beeped and ticked as his vitals were charted. Voices called out around her, communicating the changes in the environments. It was time. Closing her eyes, Tsukiko focused on her own heartbeat to pull her deep into the trance she needed to visualize the internal injuries. Her mind would transition to her patient’s vitals, becoming attuned to his needs as she sent tendrils of chakra out to investigate and perform a system restoration. It would be relatively slow going, but the last think she needed was his body to reject her chakra and go into shock.

~~***~~

In the asylum, the two Yamanaka who performed Yume’s mednin exam loomed over their new invalid. A bag of blood was ready in case any signs of detriment from her previous bleeding began to show. One stood watch to keep an eye on her physical condition while the other connected their fingertips in a halo over Naganisa’s face. Their consciousness would begin to bleed as the Yamanaka dove in.

What have we here…

Kuro had gotten rid of most of the scars and wounds but there would be deep tissue wounds he simply could not heal at an advanced rate and keep him alive. All of his organs and his mind would be in pristine condition. Everything else the poor bastard would be forced to live with but at the very least he would not be a cripple. Yume approached him angrily as if Kuro could not detect her stance inside of clothing but then again she did not know him very well either and spoke very terse words as if she were having a hard time controlling her anger, Kuro listened to her passionate rage in her voice and realized that was why she was drawn to Sousuke. She wanted to save him from Kuro and his family yet she never knew part of the reason Sousuke was even still in existence was because the soul of an unborn child had been sacrificed invitro to keep him alive. Sousuke was so logical that even in the womb he rejected the reality of life because it did not conform to his existence and now at last he was finally overcoming his view and allowing himself to simply be superior to others instead of righteously handicapping himself at all times to feel more human.
"When this is over, Senni-chama, you and I are going to have a chat."

Kuro nodded to her, he didn't understand what she was so angry with him for, as all he had ever done was use every spark of power within to save others. As she left he spoke loud enough for her to hear him, "Soon I hope, so we will come to understand each other in some way."<i></i>

As Kuro finished his healing jutsu over the medic his friend rushed over and steadied him as he finally murmured and released a silent scream as he had to adjust to the flicker of a memory of being a literal bloody pulp. Sanryoukyougan Kuro was exhausted chakra wise but he knew how to burn life energy for chakra as well so he simply nodded as the medic was gotten to his feet and shuffled away. He didn't need thanks but a couple of people thanked him all the same. A group of people thankful for Kuro rescuing them from being buried under rubble and sand came and sang an old song from older times when warriors put their lives on the line to face the ancients even knowing they could never win.

She sung with all her heart and Kuro shed a tear as he gripped her hand lightly before proceeding to the chambers where the Yamanaka trio were diving into Naganisa's mind. He could not bare their praise when he had not managed to save everyone. Wiping his face as he noted their efforts he knew his ritual would have been far more gentle and far less intrusive, but at least the manner they used did not involve blood magic or invoking ancient spirits of power. Kuro's other forms aided people about the medical facility as Akuma Kuro joined Sanryoukyougan Kuro they awaited their chance to help Naganisa so that she may come to truly aid Suna and not just herself.

Urufuu lay on that cold, hard, unforgiving gurney; sentient of his surroundings. Anesthesia awareness, a state Yume nor her colleges or even Kuro could have been aware of in part due to his powerful physiology and in part due to his fidelity to his clan. As the fresh sanguine replenished some of what had been lost in the fray, some leaked out through the lacerations and abrasions that covered his muscular form. He was a formidable warrior, despite being of an age past his prime he perhaps worked as he had to maintain his strength in hopes that he would never reach his plateau. He had sacrificed much, perhaps too much in his quest for power. His search for the ability to use his enlightened mind to bring forth real change in this world, a setting whose direction had been relegated to politicians and those with deep pockets.

It would take several liters of fluid to give him the volume necessary to stabilize him, but it was astonishing how much fluid a single man's veins could readily accept when they were like garden hoses. Drugged dripped into the beast-like cabal member, making his mind listless. His pain temporarily diminished. He felt like his body was being invaded by the intrusive medic, inside he was bleeding. That was where his losses were most significant. Known to many as a retroperitoneal bleed, a life-threatening state in most cases even with a skillful surgeon but with a medic it was a sophomoric task. If the bleeding was allowed to persist much longer, the dog would have been put down.

His heart beat was slowly returning to normal since the needles were removed, allowing proper blood-flow to the rest of his body. Inducing bradycardia in a hypovolemic will likely cause organ damage, but it appears that with the rpoper care he will possibly recover some level of functionality. His lung was slowly filling with blood, as blood was trying to escape to places it did not belong, reducing the expansion space of his lungs. He was getting hypoxic as his lung volumes diminished, but as Tsukino's healing chakras moved through his body Urufuu's form greedily accepted the assistance as the lung began to seal.

*****

Naganisa, however was perfectly fine. Better than fine in fact as time and efforts by skilled medics rectified any physical ailments. Her mind, however was addled. Or it was, she was still not there... not quite right but she could move if she wanted to. In fact, she knew she could move. Was it fear that prevented her? Sloth? Chicanery? Perhaps a combination of factors. It was impossible to understand the depths of a woman's heart. It would appear that the Yamanaka was willing to try.

Inside the woman's mind was a field of ash. The ground was barren, dry and riddled with cracks that expanded over the horizon. She was there, alone in this field of cinders bloodied and beaten. She was sobbing, wailing in fact. The world, only shades of grey less her own blood which dripped from her a brilliant crimson. In a world so bleak, it seemed lovely in a macabre way as it hit the earth and turned a deep burgundy. Her tears soaked the earth and she tried to stand, but she could not. Her legs were like the earth dry and cracked. It appeared as though she too became like the austere setting. No lovely sun or sky full of stars, the heavens held nothing for her and the desolate terrain she had planted herself on would never produce fruit. In ones grief only two things can sustain, love and hate antipodean ideals with the same outcome in way. It was her losses that had placed her in this terrible place, but this was not a new domain for the woman. Her legs had rotted and become like the broken earth.

"Go away." Naganisa hissed.

OC: I am not sure who Kuro was healing as in was it other injured people so the medics in the hospital could administer care to Urufuu and Naganisa or if he was also adding his healing touch (either is awesome and appreciated obviously). I am assuming he was helping others or at least trying his best but I can edit to add some of Kuro's heals as well if they are specific to Naganisa and Urufuu and I simply misunderstood.

Akuma Kuro stood next to the Yamanaka's and noted their concentration with a nod of approval. He readied his left hand as Sanryoukyougan Kuro readied his blade to heal everyone in case of psionic backfire. Sharingan Kuro locked his Mangekyou sharingan upon Naginasa and opened her left eye, synchronizing his bodies Akuma Kuro's left hand became ephemeral without forming true demonbeast claws. Kuro had learned over the years to control his dark powers to where he could enter a person's mind outside of combat with full combat and not leave a scar mentally or physically. It was still an intrusion but it was as gentle as a pat on the back or a hand caressing someone's hair. Synchronized with his demon sharingan the main and secondary spiritual presence of Toraono Kuro entered Naginasa's mind to find her weeping upon scorched earth, where the sky was as grey as the ash the spread like fields of grain. Thick grey soot floated through the mind scape settling like snow. With a nod of appreciation to her choice of mental destruction Kuro reached into the soot and poured some of his own energy into it bringing forth a small field of grass that used the soot for nutrients. He then turned to Naginasa with a smooth yet fatherly baritone "Naginasa... you do not yet know me but I need you to come to me, if not I will come to you... you are precious, you have power, you are needed, I need you, others need you, and you need to achieve your true power and purpose in the living world. Please... come to me, or let me come to you."

For some it was difficult to perform treatment on persons who were deemed ‘the enemy’ but Tsukiko had a way of compartmentalizing things of that nature. The moment someone crossed the threshold of Omni Prime as a patient, they were neutral. She was here to perform a service and would endeavor to make their bodies healthy, even if that would lead to an encounter at a later date. This was her job. Once reaching the farthest ends of his body, she slowly retracts her chakra, scanning over the healed form to ensure she found as many life-threatening wounds as possible. Her team of nurses kept busy siphoning blood from the pockets where they did not belong, able to focus on the lungs now that the tear had been sealed. Oxygen would be piped through his nose as blood was drawn up through his mouth. The bag of saline that was replenishing his fluids would be swapped with a mix of vitamins to help repair his muscles. Once he was in post-op they would fit him with a feeding tube and keep him sedated until they knew exactly where they would be directed to keep him. It would be certain death to send him to the Obsidian Palace. The next best place would be the Asylum, one of the few remaining places with security that remained. Tsukiko wiped her forehead as she came out of her healing trance. Physical wounds were one thing to heal, but mental ones could stay for a lifetime.

We’re all more broken than we dare to admit.

~~***~~

The brother tensed as the three Kuro’s arrived, worried for a moment that they had come to take over the process, unsure how to handle it. It was a fault in their process for having been left head-less for so long. Two seemed content to join him in guarding the proceedings as one revealed a mangekyou sharingan and delved into the patients mind with his sister. The landscape was as uninviting as the woman’s words. She had been hurt and it was likely wisdom in the siblings to send the sister in rather than the brother. They were only a year apart and had survived the village together. They had a family and a better life than most claimed. She knew nothing of the hurt that Naganisa was feeling at this moment but her mentalscape was certainly worse than the average person’s should be. Her steps hovered inches from the ground so that she wouldn’t disturb the ash as she took slow steps forward.

My dear, I will leave if you wish but I will continue to visit regularly to ensure that you continue to be content in your exclusion. I will be caring for your body and wish to understand my patient. What brought you here?

Her features were neutral with a soft smile. It didn’t crinkle her eyes and barely moved more that the corners of her mouth. This was an assessment; mental healing was a slower process than setting a bone. Words to the side caused her to turn her head and see the towering Toraono standing on a patch of grass. He had altered her mindscape and for that he received a slight scowl, as minute as her smile had been.

You must be the Sennin… I heard that you might join us. Must your force your healing on others? What if she does not wish to be healed? The body is one thing, patching flesh and knitting wounds, but the mind is wholly different. One cannot heal someone’s mind for them.

Settling down, she crosses her feet and sits in the air approximately at eye level with the woman, offering her hand but not shoving it in her face.

Here you are in complete control, Naganisa. Here you are strongest and we are supplicant to your desires.

My dear, I will leave if you wish but I will continue to visit regularly to ensure that you continue to be content in your exclusion. I will be caring for your body and wish to understand my patient. What brought you here?

The stranger announced in introduction. Naganisa never looked up from the bleak earth. In the field of ash, a carpet of grass was laid. Her mind was getting full. Full of intruders. Even in the depths of her heart she could have no privacy.

"Naginasa... you do not yet know me but I need you to come to me, if not I will come to you... you are precious, you have power, you are needed, I need you, others need you, and you need to achieve your true power and purpose in the living world. Please... come to me, or let me come to you."

The demon disclosed. How... what were they doing in there? "You do not belong here," Naganisa warned as she remained on her patch of tear-soaked earth. "Get out,"</B><i></i> she snapped as she waved them both away. She did not want them to meddle with her mind, in the wake of pain she was left with her hate and her remorse. She should never have grown so attached, she never should have loved him as she did. But she did and he betrayed her when she was willing to forsake everything she had for him.

You must be the Sennin… I heard that you might join us. Must your force your healing on others? What if she does not wish to be healed? The body is one thing, patching flesh and knitting wounds, but the mind is wholly different. One cannot heal someone’s mind for them.

One day she would be strong again, when her body was healed and when she was capable of... "Why am I needed?"<i></i> Naganisa asked. She turned to face the pair, her face riddled with gashed and wounds that perverted her pale visage into something twisted and terrible. <B>"I am afraid I have not put my face on for company," she smiled her gums and teeth fully exposed through the openings in her flesh. She wanted to push them out, expel them somehow. Rid herself of her next bond before it was even forged. Never fucking again.

Here you are in complete control, Naganisa. Here you are strongest and we are supplicant to your desires.

Naganisa frowned, her mind was being invaded but to what ends. They saw nothing but the depths of her grief. Did they want to torture her from the inside assuming her body was unyielding? They did not even try. Much could be said of Naganisa's desolate environment - the lack of nourishment for decades apparent over the bleak expanse. Her tears, real. Her pain palpable. Her desire for them to leave, to allow her to wallow in her pain and to muster the strength to take her vengeance on Homura for his treachery. Could she swallow her lunacy for a short time? Long enough to recover. Long enough to elope. Make them naive to her passion and her ire. If she must... She had a talent for survival. "Tell me what I must do." Her arms at her side, exposed and bare, pock-marked with scars and festering wounds. She was rotting away in her own mind, but content to allow it to be so. She found comfort in this terrible place and her horrid condition. The truth behind the veil, of the revolting presence she saw herself as. The visage she shared in hopes that they would flee.

Such a contrarian, coming from the woman that only wanted to be loved.

Urufuu remained unconscious. Incapacitated. Like a vegetable relegated to a long-term stroke ward with a tube in his stomach and probably in other orifices he would much rather not consider. there is little to say here as the lingering sedation kept him in a paralyzed state. Somewhat cognizant of the passage of time in this hell and the droning of voices, some in relation to his health while others in regard to their life and day as if he was not even present. Dignity was lost on the invalid as he was laid out on that gurney. His only confidant, the tome at his side. He wondered how long they could keep him in this state, eventually someone would falter and when they did they would die. He did not enjoy killing caregivers, but his life had some value still even if only to him.

Kuro sighed as every seemed to challenge him nowadays, Kuro would have blamed the Cabal but he realized too that no one in Suna really knew him very well no matter how many of his fellow Sunans he saved to many he would never be more than a Demon Sennin somehow fighting for Sunagakure. The taste of Naganisa's bleak take and terrible life was having an effect on his natural optimism but he replied to all present nonetheless. "First off for a psychwarder you have terrible knowledge of what your purpose is Yamanaka san, There is no way to truly heal MENTAL wounds, all you can do is accept the pain and use it for power to grow into something better. For all your natural talent, and exceptional potential your clan must really believe life is a bed of roses that only needs to take root. It is more than that and so is the young woman you are tending. I force NOTHING on no one, I merely react to, or preempt the problems that come about. In this woman's case she has untapped power and potential that has been sealed from her and had she not displayed some of it in battle I would never have noticed. Naganisa, I come to you with an offer and a reward. Allow me to awaken your true power.Let me help you unlock your TRUE capabilities. In return I only ask that you hunt down those that sent the Cabal to attack Suna. I NEED YOUR HELP TO GET TO SUNAGAKURE'S TRUE ENEMIES. As a reward I will arrange for you to legally face one on one the person or persons whom hurt you with all you have and all you could possibly be. I cannot grant you true vengeance, only the gods could do that, but I can unlock the gates of your true power and allow you to see what true freedom without fear, oppression, remorse, or physical pain is. I CAN DO THAT... I can't seal away your pain, your memories, your anguish, perhaps the psychwarders here are capable of that as their form of ministrations is beyond me. However, what I offer you is not only power, but freedom and reward in exchange for a single service. After that service is complete I would only ask that you think of me as a friend and teacher. What I offer you, I would offer anyone of true potential. Should you truly want me to leave your mind you need only say my name and order me to leave. If you accept the help I offer in exchange for a single service then you can either take my hand or allow me to come to you. I cannot move from where I am without your say so lest I damage your mind."<i></i>

The sister was slightly taken aback at the Sennins remark to her naivety but conceded the point. The world of dreams and nightmares are frequently better than the waking world. She holds her tongue as he answers Naganisa’s question of why she was needed. His words didn’t sit well with the Yamanaka as he gave promises of awakened power and sending her out to fight again. Her expression turned sour as she visibly bit down on her tongue. When he finished, she shifted uncomfortably and looked between the two before speaking.

I misunderstood your green patch in this wasteland and for that I apologize. I see now that you were protecting her in your own way, just as I do not step on the ground. As to the other points, I must protest. Have you cleared these assertions with the Steward? Have we asked her how much she knows of this Cabal? Perhaps she was a pawn? No offence, Naganisa, but to have a mind like this… you have experienced years of pain. It would come at no surprise to find that being used is something you’re familiar with. Furthermore, what if her vengeance is against the village as a whole? Would you promise her free reign to enact this vengeance in trade for what we don’t know? Now is the time for healing. War can come later. We must lick our wounds and rest… all of us.

She didn’t move from her spot, opting to watch how Naganisa reacted to all of this. Her torn face told volumes on how she felt; ones self perception was often more telling than the way they acted around others. There were other points that unsettled the mednin, foremost being that their Main Sennin and possibly their other leaders were so willing to ally with those who had been tearing them asunder only mere hours earlier. Had even a day passed yet since the call to evacuate? They didn’t get far and barely anyone left. There was no exodus and with the chaos slowly being contained, it was questionable whether there would be one. It was her duty as a mednin to care for those within the hospital, but that didn’t mean she had to trust them.

Even if she accepts, I must insist that she stay here until she is well and has been confirmed a non-threat to the safety of the village as a whole. Do you know how many of her victims I treated? None. They are all in assorted rooms bellow us, in pieces, waiting to be entombed. There are many steps to take before she will be free to leave this facility.

~~***~~

Urufu had been moved to the Asylum to keep him safe from external access. If word got out that they were treating some of those who had been responsible for the chaos, there could be a siege on Omni Prime that none of the mednins were ready for. Coming out from washing up, Tsukiko gives orders to the nurses and informs the other mednin that Urufu was to be kept sedated until he could be spoken to by his family, Sousuke, or Katsuo. Yume and Shinji were listed as his next of kin though she wondered whether either of them would make the effort to visit him. She knew Yume would, whenever her interrogation was over, but Shinji didn’t seem like he knew what to do with the information. She had been in the academy with the elder Sagasu and always gave him a hard time for being childish. It hadn’t been until recently that she had seen a more mature side to him. He would come around, but she wouldn’t hold her breath.

It was time to find the demon Sennin and have their chat.

OOC: Disengaged from topic with Urufu. Tsukiko is waiting to speak to Kuro which can take place here or in another topic.

The bickering in her own mind distorted the serene vista before her. The bleak, undesirable expanse and her desire for solitude being her core nature, this being almost her Eden. There was a desire for something more, a sense of warmth that could only come from home or hearth but Homura destroyed that clandestine aspiration. All she had now was a field of ash and her desire to see these dark fields painted red. Homura would suffer for the injustice he laid upon her, as a slave or unwanted youth she knew where she stood in their eyes and in their hearts. Homura was not the first to trespass against her, but he was the first that she truly believed would not. She knew the fate that awaited her when she opened her eyes, she would be in an asylum or prison if she was not executed. Her feigned catatonic state likely a delay of the inevitable -- she knew had a better chance at freedom or escaping death if she feigned a weakness of mind or will. The scene was true, her self-image also, she could not change the setting now to something less bleak and she could not prior to their arrival because she did not know they were going to intrude on her deepest level of privacy.

They continued to bicker. It was ironic they they were both in her mind, conversing as if she was not there. The Sennin had just made her an offer that she could not refuse, there would be no mending of her heart or her mind but rather a fortification of her vindictive spirit. She was a mere instrument in the scope of a much larger incident, one she did not know but she also did not have to concede. "There is nothing for you to destroy here, all I once had was taken from me long ago," Naganisa replied as her terrible and pained visage was sealed under tautly pulled flesh to resemble what she looked like on the surface. The woman was a pragmatist, everything she said was true. More interestingly was the fact that the Sennin was working on his own in this matter, or so it would appear according to the shock and dismay seen in the Yamanaka. They seemed to both be attempting to pull rank in here, in her brain.

Perjury can be committed in many places, one's consciousness is not an exception. In truth she was a mad-woman who relished in the pain of others, to reflect onto them the torment in her heart. She 'had fun' in Sunagakure, hurting those people. This entire incursion was unorganized, because in the end they were just having a good time doing as they pleased. It almost ended for her, this endless parade of slaughter and pain and it was a choice she willingly made. It seemed almost wry that despite her callous surface all she really wanted was to be accepted and loved by someone, a failing Chikara eliminated in his wake leaving her truly hollow. She was not going to share with them the depths of her pain, her torment, her heartbreak. "Finish your squabble, even someone like me expects people to keep their promises."</B><i></i> She finally uttered, as her golden eyes followed them both. A lot of promises were being made and questions were being asked and this game of good-cop bad-cop might work for some, she had seen this game played too many times before. She was not going to play this game of empty promises, not again... not with them.

Pieces... They made it back in pieces? Queer. The finding of anything was a tribute to them she could suppose. Not all of her victims died of course, many likely wished that they were dead. She was not going to interject yet, she was curious as to what her fate actually was. She wondered what she could do or if someone was coming for her. Probably not.

Kuro felt and heard her words loud and clear, it was her domain though she had yet to truly understand the power she wielded. "I am more than just a promise young woman of pain and anguish. I am devilbeast born in human flesh, our oaths are eternal, as is our wrath, and our love. My word goes beyond mere bond, it is an oath of blood and spirit. I do not offer power lightly, because the power I bear can corrupt the innocent but that is the difference for you, your power is simply awaiting a key. It is something you have never known you had but was always there waiting to be unleashed. It was sealed away by the ancients and my kindred because of the terrible purpose within those of your blood. I make you no mere promise I give you an oath of blood and spirit. YOU WILL BE FREE should you simply allow me to harbor and train you. I will not touch your mind, I will not alter who you are, only you can do that. Your body will change, your powers will grow and all I ask in return is faith in my oath to you as I will take faith in the oath your actions will make to me."<i></i> Kuro then looked at the Yamanaka's present and allowed them to feel a breeze of his true power so that they could understand they had no power over his actions, his word, or what he chose to do with Naganisa should she accept his offer. All she did after accepting his offer would be on him and he knew it and in the mindscape they all knew Kuro's thoughts, not that he would have hidden his beliefs or actions from anyone anywhere; neither in the mindscape nor in literal reality. They would know his word and know his heart whether they believed him or not, his actions always shined clearly. At this moment should Naganisa decide to she could see straight to the core of Kuro's being and witness a terrible feline demonbeast king with a warrior sitting upon his massive paw. He was meditating clearly before his Uncle, she could see his name Hyakujuuonouu, she could even see and feel the wounds that great monstrosity had fallen from yet his powerful spirit lived on shackled to the bloodline of his kin. There were no lies or hatred only the waiting patience of a King and his legacy. The Yamanaka's could see it as well, the Sennin would indeed trump them if they insisted on keeping Naganisa from him. They would report him, but in the meanwhile they would not be able to stop him and now even they could feel it, as long as Naganisa accepted him as a teacher she would not be in their custody. He was an open book to all as always what would Naganisa do now?

The Yamanaka sister was unphased by the display of power. Crossing her arms defiantly over her chest, the gust of power tousled her short ruby hair as she kept her now slightly narrowed eyes on the Sennin. This was moving from friendly discussion toward threatening disposition rapidly. She and her brother were known for being ruthless within people's head but they were not without compassion, which was reserved only for those they treated.

I do believe that there are better pavilions for this sort of discussion than in ones mind however I doubt I will be afforded the chance once I leave this woman’s psyche. You are willing to put the entire village in jeopardy for the asylum of one who came to destroy us. The streets are still crimson. There is protocol in place and I am duty bound to follow it, as are you. You are the Border Sennin, sworn to protect us from our enemies and you do this by freeing them? She will be cared for within this secure facility and then transferred to the Obsidian Palace for interrogation through the appropriate channels, the ANBU of the village. That is the protocol that is in place and I will follow it unless directed otherwise by the Steward Kazekage himself or over my dead body.

Woman was a stretch but she was trying to be polite; Naganisa was little more than a child. In the half breath that she drew between sentences, she lost a little control of her physical form, causing her pinkie finger to twitch a little. From the outside, there would be no stress on the sister’s face as to the tense word which were being spoken. Standing from his seat, the male Yamanaka ruffled his short blue hair with a yawn and looks down at his watch.

I’m going to leave her with you boys. You seem like you have everything under control. My sis’ll be hungry when she comes out. I’ll be back in fifteen with food.

Stepping passed the paths, he exits the room and strides casually down the hall. Giving himself a few calm steps until he is out of view, he bursts into a sprint for the nearest nurse’s station. Taking up a headset, he dials into the emergency waves and broadcasts to whoever was close enough to take the call. He didn’t really know what he was doing, but he trusted his sister.

This is Yamanaka Datsu. We have a Code Purple, I repeat a Code Purple: Violent Patient in the restricted wing of Omni Prime.

He would repeat this call over and over, he heart pounding as he thought of Kitare and wondering what sort of event caused her to send him out. It was possible that it truly had been the patient but he had never seen one that could keep his sister bound within their own mind. In his gut, he guessed that the introduction of the third-party was her cause for concern. Either way, his page covered both scenarios. Clacking steps echoed up the hall as a woman in a pencil skirt and lab coat did her best to run to the station. Getting to the window, she presses her badge to the glass as she doubles over out of breath.

Miago-san… I think your smoking is catching up with you.

Dropping her badge, she turns her hand over and flips him off. The joke was needed to ease the tension that had gripped his chest. Sending out one more call, he puts down the set and releases the latch to allow her entry to the station. With a sombre look, he explains everything he could without really knowing what his sister was doing. He knew that she was doing a psychological analysis on a comatose patient and that they were joined by three large men and gave her descriptions. Biting her lip with a snarl, Tsukiko knew who he was talking about. He was being discreet by not using names but she had obsessed over the Border Sennin since being revived. The hospital was starting to become a little crowed for her liking.

Despite his stiff limbs and old form, Kurisu hadn't missed a step as he traversed the village proper in rapid order to reach the hospital. While this wasn't his village, his ability to memorize and dedicate anything new to his memory banks came in handy for quick adjustments like new terrain. Built into the wall, the new hospital looked like a fortress of metal and stone, and from the looks of the surrounding area, it had survived a siege during the village's occupation. Whoever held it together deserved a medal, a cart full of medals even. The occasional glance backwards to make sure his companion was still in tow kept the ANBU satisfied to see Enzeru upon their arrival.

"Let me do all the talking. At this point, we're both as much strangers to these people as our assailants."<i></i> Pushing through the double-doored portal, golden eyes settled onto the front desk and he moved up to it, emanating calm authority in his soft, subtle aura.

"A call was made for assistance,"<i></i> From one of his belt pouches, he retrieved a chipped and worn white mask, that of a Sunan ANBU, "I'm Ametsuchi Kurisu, ANBU Captain and this is my associate, Kagyaku Enzeru. Please lead us to the problem."<i></i> There was a momentary delay as the nurse at the front desk called in the response team and found the exact location they'd need to go to. Of course it would be the psych ward, a place where all the uncontrollable crazies went. Shinobi didn't need pullies or lifts to reach their locations, and a glance behind the station at the floorplan gave Kurisu enough information to know where to go. A look backward toward his companion and a nod and he would vanish in a blur of speed, traveling through hallways and stairwells in an instant. His boots would settle outside the locked ward, peering through the safety glass.

Waiting was all he could do now; either until someone let him in or reason was handed to him to enter by force.

Otherwise he had to follow protocol. Because without protocol, they were savages.

"Lets just hope that the problem isn't feasting on their entrails and we're out here twiddling our thumbs."<i></i> The ANBU mask was still clutched in one hand, the only sign of his rank he had until the village settled back down and rank structure mattered again.

Naganisa

"I am more than just a promise young woman of pain and anguish. I am devilbeast born in human flesh, our oaths are eternal, as is our wrath, and our love. Your body will change, your powers will grow and all I ask in return is faith in my oath to you as I will take faith in the oath your actions will make to me."

Naganisa saw clearly the vision Kuro had conjured not that it would have altered her choice. She had few options, consent and have semblance of freedom while bound to the Sennin or to deny him and suffer an unknown fate here in the asylum or the Obsidian. The other medic did not share the Sennin's ideals, in fact she was warning him to act contrary. Naganisa did not like that one as much. If things kept up, they might have a fight here in her mindscape. It was a place of a great many battles prior, but she did not know what the fate either would suffer if their avatar died in hr psyche but she knew who she would be rooting for if anyone.

I do believe that there are better pavilions for this sort of discussion than in ones mind however I doubt I will be afforded the chance once I leave this woman’s psyche. You are willing to put the entire village in jeopardy for the asylum of one who came to destroy us. The streets are still crimson. ((This is Yamanaka Datsu. We have a Code Purple, I repeat a Code Purple: Violent Patient in the restricted wing of Omni Prime.))

Naganisa's attention turned outward as she heard the alarm raised. Was that in regards to them? Her present or former allies? Something else entirely? This was her chance, her only chance more than likely to make an escape midst the confusion. Her head was crowded, the waking world seemed much more spacious. Her eyes fluttered opened as she looked at the blinding fluorescent lights Her body sat upright on that gurney she was laid on. Her lack of attire did not bother her as she stepped off the gurney, the sole of her bare foot pressed against the cold stone floor. By now they were probably aware that the avatar in her mind was not the site of her primary attention any longer as she was looking outward. That was the problem with psychics and their power, they leave their shell vacant while the crash in someone else's abode. It is not a problem for most surely, homes are locked up tight and kept neat as a pin.

"Darling, if you become my friend... your old ones will feel jealous. But... thank you for your sweet words," she stood on tip-toe and tried to wrap her arms around the Sennin's neck as she pulled herself in for a kiss. If he did not break away he would learn that the woman's lips were poison as were many other parts of her. In his case, she was not trying to hurt the Sennin, just put the big boy down for a nap. He was a fool thinking he could change her, but he was a nice man for thinking he could. She was going to have to fight her way out more than likely, it mattered little to her. It as not like real ninjas became medics, she could deal with the almost-weres and the near-good enoughs with ease.

What Happened
  • I am trying to be tasteful regarding the lack of attire. Please avert your eyes.
  • Trying to make out with the Sennin (sorry Kuro, but this lady is poison)

Enzeru follows behind Kurisu, keeping up but not trying to get ahead. The other knew where they were headed, after all. As Kurisu speaks of him doing the talking, Enzeru merely nods and follows him in, his blue eyes scanning the area before him. This place appeared to be built to withstand some damage, which was a good move considering the state this village was in and how it got there. His eyes move to Kurisu pulling free a mask, but then he admits his name and rank as ANBU to someone, halting Enzeru in his tracks briefly.

ANBU of Kirigakure hid that, and for good reason. When you were one of the chosen few to do the things your village could not be tied to, it was necessary to keep your identity secret. Revealing it could endager you to subversive agents from other nations or even inside your own who felt your branch was not doing things properly. One ANBU had been assaulted by civilians and forced to flee over killing them because an ANBU had blown up part of their village a year before to take out a threat. Enzeru rarely felt the ends justified the means, but if there was only one way to save thousands, then you took it as a Kiri ANBU. To reveal yourself so fully was anathema to him.

He recovers quickly enough, however, as the nurse states their location to be and he takes off behind Kurisu, following the older shinobi through the halls to what could be a dangerous situation indeed. He looks at the doors, then at the man himself, frowning. They had a call for a violent situation and the man stood there. Enzeru looks back to the doors, frowning. This was not his place to act, and yet knowing that they could be letting something deadly happen he felt compelled to.

”I'm lost here, Kurisu. If there is a potentially lethal situation happening to people inside why are we waiting?” The look in his eyes spoke volumes about his opinion of waiting. It was taking all he had not to simply break in there, to Enzeru sitting by idly while people died was tantamount to murdering them himself, and he could not live with that.

Kuro was both on the mental and the physical plain courtesy of his extreme metaphysical being. He would never fully control the mental realm like a Yamanaka clansmen unless he literally stole their secrets but he was not in need of such a communion through Hyakujuuonouu. As Naganisa reached up to kiss him his avatar that was not inside her mind stepped over and held his blade before her to stop the kiss. Sanryoukyougan Kuro smiled and handed Naganisa a robe with his other hand. "It is good that you have awakened and I thank you for the offer of a kiss but we already have a woman or two in my life. I have also seen what you can do in battle and already endured the effects. Now, as I understand it, you want to escape and live free on your own terms. I would see you free after a service to somewhat compensate Sunagakure, but simply allowing you to escape after all that has befallen the village... THAT is something that is beyond my power. I do humbly ask you to reconsider my offer. I will not harm you so long as you release my avatar from your embrace otherwise I will be forced to use nonlethal force to restrain you."<i></i> Sharingan Kuro's eyes were locked on her as he slipped free of her mind. As Sharingan Kuro left Naganisa's mind in response to her physical presence so too did Akuma Kuro whom she had wrapped her arms around although Akuma Kuro's reaction time was significantly less than his Uchiha blooded avatar. It would take Akuma Kuro a bit longer to come out of the mindscape since he powers required physical contact where his sharingan avatar only required an ocular link. The giant sword Sanryoukyougan Kuro carried should have required two hands but he wielded it easily with one. The robe he offered with his offhand was simple but it would clothe her modestly enough for her to move about without causing nosebleeds and carnal desire. Kuro was especially adept at diffusing violent situations unless those he faced were intent on combat. Still Naganisa had come to him after a fashion although it was specifically because he was the most significant threat. As his mental presence left her mind in the capable hands of a Yamanaka he awaited Naganisa's decision. If she insisted on attempting to kiss Akuma Kuro then Sanryoukyougan Kuro would react with a force field

Attacks using melee accuracy against this barrier have a 18%/24%/30% chance of suppressing the attacker. This cannot be maintained, and only blocks a single action.

Master Cost: 560 Cp + 20%

Notes:
- This jutsu may be used reflexively. Doing so causes the Auto-fail chance to effect the attacker's current jutsu.
- If the user has at least 40% Kinesis damage buffs, only 1 suppression check is required to succeed for auto-fail chance.
- The auto-fail chance given by this jutsu cannot be increased or negated.
- The 'Psionic' effect treats this jutsu as a sneak attack. If already a sneak attack, this prevents the attack from being auto-dodged or revealing the user to others.
while Sharingan Kuro would use a Demon Mangekyou Sharingan Mind Lock
Manipulating Kinetic chakra around a target, this technique restrains a target with a powerful force. The strength of this technique lifts the target slightly off the ground, strangling them and preventing their body from performing even the smallest movements.

Information
Prerequisites: - Kinesis Affinity, B-rank, 2 Mastered Kinesis Techniques

Master: Constricts a target with invisible chakra at -3 Accuracy. This has a 21% chance of activating the 'Psionic' effect.

Master Cost: 920 Cp, 460 Cp/Rnd

Notes:
- Lasts up to three rounds, and requires a Nin check each round active.
- This technique always requires the user to use one hand (Without a weapon) to initiate and maintain it, regardless of any ability or skill.
- When bound, the victim cannot perform handseals or move.
- This bind is broken if the victim takes damage, or the user attacks the victim. (They have a -3 Dodge penalty to the attack aimed at them though).
- If the user takes more than 10% of their Max Hp in damage during a round, this bind is dispelled.
- By spending 2 Ap to attempt to escape, the victim has an 15% chance of escaping.
- The 'Psionic' effect treats this jutsu as a sneak attack. If already a sneak attack, this prevents the attack from being auto-dodged or revealing the user to others.
All to ensure neither he nor Naganisa was harmed and that she did not manage to escape.

Kitare stumbled back, a little dazed at first from being forcibly ejected from the woman’s mind. Holding her head she leans against the cabinet, breathing slow and heavy. This was supposed to be a simple diagnostic, standard procedure prior to admittance. Now she was watching her patient make brazen advances on the Sennin as his bodyguards kept her from taking the kiss. Reaching slowly beside her, she fumbles for the self-administering syringe that was at the ready for things like this. Patients were admitted to the Asylum for many reasons, top most being dangerous and unpredictable. While the Kuro’s were keeping her in check, the Yamanaka would come up behind Naganisa and jab the pen into her shoulder, allowing the pressure to dispense the sedative into her tissue.

See? Offer her an inch and she wants a mile. I certainly hope this proves the lack of wisdom in offering her any form of freedom.

It was likely if Naganisa had continued her advance that she would be thrown wide by the Sennin’s response and knocked unconscious.

I don’t know… No! I. Don’t. Know!

At the nurses station, Tsukiko was asking questions in rapid succession, inquiring as to why the Sennin was involved in the admittance procedure and what his sister what trying to warn him of.

Look. We do this all the time. One of us stays out and the other goes in. We’ve been doing this so long that we have perfected it so that we’re 100% still while in a dive, so we created a system. If something goes wrong, we move. A finger, an ear, anything… just movement. Her finger flicked so I got out of there. The flaw in the system is that we don’t know what is going wrong. Usually the factors are limited but this time we had this large guy who just came in and used a mangekyou sharingan on our patient and joined in. He didn’t really say anything and with the other two in there with him, I wasn’t about to fight back. Hence the way I used the codes… I didn’t know if it was a hostage situation or a violent patient.

Tsukiko paced as she listened to his tale, watching as Datsu wrung his hands over and over. It was everything she could do to keep her rage in check. Another side effect of being resurrected was an inability to handle strong emotions; everything had a habit of just coming out. Pinching the bridge of her nose, she takes a deep breath and opens her mouth to speak but pauses as she sees two people arrive at the sealed entrance. Leaning over the security station, she presses and holds the button to speak.

Report to the nurse’s station immediately down the hall. We’ll brief you on the situation.

Letting go of the button, she punches the release for the door and a soft click would be heard at the entrance, allowing Kurisu and Enzeru admittance. When they approached, she would step out into the hall, jaw clenched to keep her from screaming.

I’m Miago Tsukiko, head mednin in this scenario and this is Yamanaka Datsu. He and his sister facilitate most psychological assessments. Who might you be?

She would pause only long enough to receive their names and brief enough introduction to confirm that they were here to help before continuing.

Two members of the Cabal occupation had been admitted into our care earlier today. We were charged with keeping them alive and getting them to a point to hand them over to the ANBU for interrogation. During the diagnostic of a particular comatose individual who has a history of being violently unstable, my Yamanaka practitioners were interrupted by a Sennin that seems to be acting in his own interests…

We don’t know that… Without a word, she cuts of Datsu with a raised hand and carries on.

He had expressed the desire earlier to take her to his home to be healed in the Toraono dojo rather than admitted. I see that as a conflict of interest when there is a perfectly good hospital outfitted with practitioners HERE in Omni Prime. As it stands, it has yet to be determined if the problem is with the patient or with the intrusion of those who are not letting us do our job. While we’re trained shinobi, we are doctors foremost and aren’t suited for complicated altercations. Follow me.

It was clear that Tsukiko was short on pleasantries as she lead the men down the hall with Datsu taking up the rear.
